The Four Tendencies (Habit formation)

Gretchen Rubin has identified four tendencies of habit formation. Knowing how you respond to inner and outer expectations can help you to get unstuck by creating positive habits. Find out if you are an Upholder, a Rebel, a Questioner, or an Obliger.

Character Strengths

The VIA Survey is a psychometrically validated online assessment of 24 universal strengths that reflect the positive aspects of personality in capacity for thinking, feeling and behaving in ways that benefit positive emotion.

Meyers Briggs

The identification of 16 distinct personality types based on basic preferences of four discotomies of Jung’s theory. (This is a free test- the full Meyers Briggs is available on their website)

Your love language profile will help you understand how you connect to others. Discover whether your like to receive love through words of affirmation, quality time, physical touch, receiving gifts, or acts of service.

Strengths Finder 2.0

Ennegram

Everyone has one of the nine types as their dominating personality based on a combination of inborn temperament and environmental influence.

Big Five

This tool applies personality survey data to five catgories on a sliding scale. See your levels of openness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, agreeableness and extraversion. The Big Five personality test is by far the most scientifically validated and reliable psychological model to measure your personality.

Kolbe Index

Slightly different than the other tools shown, the Kolbe measures how you get things done. It’s highly recommended for teams at work.
