The curious paradox about personal growth is that until we can accept ourselves as we are, flaws and all, we are unable to change and grow. Many of us are incredibly compassionate and empathetic to others but we don't extend that compassion to ourselves. If you are your own worst critic, here are some tips to boost you self-compassion.

What exactly IS self-compassion?

Why cultivate self-compassion?

Self- compassion is treating yourself with the same kindness, respect, caring, concern & forgiveness that you would others.

Self-compassionate people are less stressed, more socially connected, happier, less anxious and more resilient.

3 Components of Self-Compassion
